On the evening of January 16th at the Oakhurst Area Chamber of Commerce 2015 Installation Dinner and Award Ceremony, Madera County EDC was presented with the Chamber’s 2014 Executive Director’s Award.
Madera, CA – January 23, 2015- Madera County EDC was selected for the award in appreciation for their professional expertise, extensive contribution to the Chamber and support of the Eastern Madera County Chamber Alliance. Darin Soukup, Executive Director of the Oakhurst Area Chamber of Commerce, presented Bobby Kahn, Executive Director of Madera County EDC with his special award to acknowledge the support that Madera County EDC has given to the Eastern Madera County Chamber Alliance. Bobby and a team of Eastern Madera County stakeholders including Soukup founded the alliance which is made up of representatives from Oakhurst, Coarsegold, Bass Lake and North Fork Chambers working on behalf of common interests in the mountain communities along the Highway 41 corridor.
